Scholarship Program
Eligibility
- Parents or guardian must have a United Mutual Insurance Company policy in force.
- The policy needs to have been in force for one year prior to application deadline.
- The applicant must be a graduating Senior or GED equivalent in the current year.
- The applicant must attend a college, university, or technical college after graduating high school.
- The applicant must register of at least 12 credit hours.
- The applicant must register for their first semester within 12 months of graduation.
- Students who fail to register for their first semester forfeit the scholarship award.
Application Deadline
- Completed applications must be received by or postmarked by April 1st of current year.

Scholarship Winners
Applicants who are selected to receive a scholarship will be notified by May 1st of each year.
Payment of Scholarship
Upon receipt of proof of registration for the first semester classes a $500 Scholarship shall be paid to recipients and will be sent to the home address of the recipient.
