Scholarship Program

Eligibility

  1. Parents or guardian must have a United Mutual Insurance Company policy in force.
    1. The policy needs to have been in force for one year prior to application deadline.
  2. The applicant must be a graduating Senior or GED equivalent in the current year.
  3. The applicant must attend a college, university, or technical college after graduating high school.
    1. The applicant must register of at least 12 credit hours.
  4. The applicant must register for their first semester within 12 months of graduation.
  5. Students who fail to register for their first semester forfeit the scholarship award.

Application Deadline

  1. Completed applications must be received by or postmarked by April 1st of current year.
  2. Completed applications should be mailed to:

Scholarship Winners

Applicants who are selected to receive a scholarship will be notified by May 1st of each year.

Payment of Scholarship

Upon receipt of proof of registration for the first semester classes a $500 Scholarship shall be paid to recipients and will be sent to the home address of the recipient.
