If you have questions about your insurance bill, your best resource for a timely, personalized response is from your independent insurance agent, whose contact information appears on your insurance bill. You may also locate your agent’s contact information by using our Agent Search function.

If you cannot reach your independent agent, or after speaking to them you still would like additional information, contact United Mutual and we will do our best to answer your question or resolve your concern.

Before making a payment, please have the following information ready:

  • United Mutual Account Number (located on your current billing statement)*
  • Credit or debit card number and expiration date (mm/yyyy)
  • ZIP code where the card statement is mailed
  • Routing and account numbers (if paying electronically)
  • Amount you wish to pay
